After joining you get the Kinect App for your mobile device. Once you are at the gym and connected to the WiFi the App will unlock the door. For your protection and ours the facility is monitored by Cameras. 

The gym is accessible to members 24/7/365. No exceptions. Please note, there are no officially staffed hours. 

We do have a change area however there are no showers. 

Absolutely! You are able to bring one person at a time. Please remember they are your responsibility at all times and you must be at the gym with them. Our hope is they will want to join us so there is no charge for this privilege.
